I used them for a kitchen back splash project. At first I was a little hesitant to hire them via lowe’s because of few one-star ratings on google. But I am glad I gave them a chance. They came in for the free measurement appointment on time. Then once the tiles were delivered they scheduled for the next week with me and the installers did an amazing job. They were a father and his two sons and they took their time and did great! I loved the time they spent on little details. I would work with them again!
Legacy Flooring did our waterproof Pergo flooring install in our upstairs bedrooms and hallway for our Lowe’s purchase. Installers Martin and Pablo were friendly and professional and both produced fine workmanship—-all the tile joints were tight and margins were square, consistent and even. The trim work was finely done as well with excellent skill and perfect cuts and fits. Thank you Legacy! We will definitely use your services for our next Lowe’s installation.
Very disgusted guys. Let me start by saying we looked at all the bad reviews and did not want Legacy at first but we thought to give them a try. We setup the installation of carpet with Lowes for express install and not only did they not honor that and I understand Christmas but why sign us up and let us pay if it could not be accomplished at least few days after Christmas. Moreover they move us a week out and then on the day of installation they didn't even call to tell us there was a mix-up on which store carpet was at which is also a lie because I called them and let them know which store because the store had called me about 6 days before install and wanted to get the carpet picked up. They assured me they would get it done. On the day of installation I called them, they didn't even have the courtesy to call us and tell us they could not find carpet. We are waiting around on New Year's Eve and decide to call them. Only to be met with a very sarcastic voice saying oh well we waited til the day of install to look for the carpet and we couldn't locate it and we will need to reschedule again. You can imagine my disgust as if they are the only ones that can install carpet and we all just have to live with them. Oh really! I can go on and on with my disgust of waiting on New Years Eve just to call and be told this but I will not go any further. I will never and I advise everyone to listen to the heartfelt reviews and the disruption to our schedules it has caused. Just be careful and Happy New Years Guys/Gals!
Eddie and his coworker did a phenomenal job installing my new carpet and it looks amazing! They were super professional and the carpet installation looks great. I will definitely use them in the future.
*Will Update Review Once LVP is Installed*??????????To Mr. Ricardo Rivera’s team! They did an amazing job with the tile installation in our home! They were punctual, great with communication, extremely polite, honest, as cleanly as they could be, and went above and beyond my expectations with their quality of work. We had them do three full bathrooms, our master closet, and our laundry room. After installation, he was thorough in explaining how to care for our tile for the next few days to ensure the best quality and longevity of the tile and grout. Before installation, he walked me through each area to show me some of the problems they may face when laying tile due to the home being built crooked and from general settling. I would hire them to tile our home all over again without hesitation!
