Salesperson was pleasant but Triplecheck the installers work.........project was scheduled for 2 to 2.5 days. Foreman called me at 10p after day 1 advising they were finished and demanded someone come sign off in work.

The next day found the installers left the tacks on stairway carpet sticking through so they had to come back out and fix that. While there the foreman was inspecting the kitchen vinyl floor they had just installed.

Within a week the kitchen vinyl was bubbling in a couple places. Within 3 weeks it was bubbling all over. Replacement material wasnt available immediately so we had to live with it for months.

They had another installer replace the kitchen floor with defective material missing the pattern color. To thier credit they replaced it AGAIN and comped us by installing a new floor in another area free of charge.

We love our new carpeting from Carpet and Tile Mart in Reading, PA. A special thank you to Tom, our sales associate who spent a lot of time assisting me with carpet samples and ideas. Tom was very knowledgeable, professional, and helpful. The installers were also very professional, timely, and did an amazing job with our installation in five rooms and two sets of stairs. Jade was amazing and scheduled our carpet installation within 48 hours of our purchase. A special thank you to her for her professionalism.

I’ve driven by this place for years and when I knew I needed some carpet, quick, I knew exactly where to go! What a massive place! I couldn’t believe yhe huge selection of carpets for installation (I’ll keep in mind for future jobs), runners, remnants, and for smaller areas like what I needed. Also saw large selections of tile and other types of flooring. I was helped by a lovely attendant and found the perfect carpet and runner for my needs. I’m looking forward to working with them again!
