Paul, along with his wife, removed and disposed of the existing carpeting and repaired subfloor damage (caused by our previous ill cat) and replaced baseboards. They did a wonderful job! The room is fresh and dust-free and looks great and the flooring is so easy to keep clean ???? Thank you Paul & Nancy! We have done our engineering hardwood flooring from Paul. He is an excellent gentleman and did the job with perfection. Price is below market and quality of work is high. A great combination which is hard to find now a days. One request to the team who worked after installation of baseboard there were some nails which needed some makeups , that was missing. But that's just .5% of the whole great work they did. I will recommend them and will use Paul's service again. Thank you Petra renovation.

After getting numerous quotes snd not feeling quite right about previous contractors, I contacted Paul/Nancy. Right away I was very happy with the professionalism from both of them. Paul came to our home to look over the project, the quote was provided shortly after, after some discussion about what we wanted and we decided to go with Petra Renovation. I can honestly say they are some of the best contractors I have ever dealt with. From their promptness to the quality of work, excellent communication and attention to details, Paul/Nancy and the rest of the team were fantastic.given the issues we had with the hardwood, they still managed to do a tremendous job with the floors and stairs. Even when there were some small finishing touches that I brought to Paul’s attention, he was quick to make sure we were completely satisfied with the work. I would and have recommended Petra Renovation to anyone looking to get flooring and or stair refinished. The price was very responsible for the extensive work we got done and the results met all of our expectations. Petra Renovation should be first on any list of considerations for flooring contractors.
