We went into Floor and Decor today to look at tile for my daughter‘s home. We were quickly greeted by Ken, who offered assistance. Ken spent over an hour showing us samples and helping us with numerous selections. He was extremely helpful and courteous. We appreciate his help and professionalism. We were able to make final selections on floor tile, wall tile, and a vanity for the bathroom. I would highly recommend the Henrietta store. Definitely ask for Ken. He’s the best.
I just purchased my First little home. After alot of searching I finally found Exactly what I was looking for @ Floor & Decor. Spacious, Clean Showroom, Helpful Friendly Staff, High quality Product, wide Variety of ßeautiful selection to chose from, Reasonably Priced.I found something unfortunately discontinued on clearance and not in store. Eric not only helped me load my cart, made some suggestions of tiles that would coordinate with product. Eric was patient, kind, and helped me find the product from another store and did a IST.They also have a free in home Estimate with designer. They will tell you exactly what you need, cost, and have installers.Its a Win Win No ßrainer!
I have a growing residential remodeling business. We ventured out to installing bigger tiles recently (24x48) as well as practicing some different shower pan installations. Anthony at the pro desk (marketplace mall location) was very helpful in guiding us toward the best equipment for the job as well as assisting us with tips / professional contacts so we can be sure to provide quality service to our customers. I had a fantastic experience working with Catherine in the Design Center at the Henrietta store. She is very knowledgeable and patient. The design process was a bit overwhelming to me with so many choices, but Catherine was wonderful in helping me pick out everything from tile, grout color, vanity top, even paint color. Her assistance really helped remove some of the stress around a complete bathroom remodel. You can tell she loves what she does. She even gave me her cell number in case I had questions. And then answered all my texts and emails promptly. I love how it all came together with her help; she is a true asset to the store. Everyone that I met at the store was very helpful and friendly. Greeted you when you arrived at the store and easy to find on the floor if I had a question. Returns were easy as well when we ended up with a little too much after a last-minute design change by our contractor. I’m glad to see a Floor&Decor store in the area, had only seen them in FL before.
Tiles heaven. I've never seen a place in Rochester with a variety of tiles. There might be any other place, but I have not seen it yet.We wanted to pick up splashback for our kitchen and were truly amazed with the variety they offered. We couldn't finalize any because we were overwhelmed. We shortlisted some and will get back.The flooring has huge options.Very good prices can fit any budget. The most helpful thing is the exhibits of tiles that give you a better idea for planning.Very well organized and managed store.
