I'm here to tell you about Fooring Plus Rochester & Kate; who undoubtedly runs a smooth operating Small Business in Rochester. Today, I was feeling like a little project was in order, so swung by Flooring Plus to look into some replacement tiles for the ol' kitchen. Kate & I both poked around for a bit & found remnants that were a good match. She gave me such a great price I paid in CASH! We recently had the asbestos floor tiles removed from our basement, which left a 100-year-old concrete floor that was in pretty bad shape. Kate Roach of Flooring Plus helped me pick out some Luxury Vinyl Plank (LVP) to glue on to our concrete floor, and Jon Raetz came to install it. We couldn't be happier with the end-result! It looks great! The customer service received thru-out the entire process from quoting to purchase to installation was superior.
