We had a great experience and a beautiful bathroom remodel this year. Brendan was very helpful and knowledgeable from start to finish when making our choices with materials and keeping within our budget. Dan was also great part of the team, checking in daily and making sure things were scheduled as planned and addressed all our concerns. Appreciate all their attention to details and finishing in a timely matter. We are very happy with the finished project and would definitely recommend their service.

The team at Rochester Flooring Kitchen & Bath was great to work with!The contractor team at CG Enterprises installed my floor; Tony and Chris did an amazing job laying out the laminate.I'm picky to boot and they were great in dealing with my ask. Aside from the project they were also helpful with advice in getting my floating cabinet back in the exact place it needed to be which was not in their contract (but I appreciated to no end).Everyone from sales to installers were personable and affable.Nobody made fun of my earlier DIY work. 10/10 would recommend.
We recently had a kitchen and flooring remodel done by Rochester Flooring Kitchen & Bath. Brendan Brainard was our Designer. He did a great job designing our new kitchen and helped us through the process of choosing the new cabinets, counters, etc. There are so many choices but with his guidance we now have the kitchen I’ve dreamed of for 24 years! Our Project Manager was Dan Cook and he is awesome at keeping a project on task. There were only a couple of minor scheduling changes to our project and Dan was able to have someone here working every day so they finished on schedule. Both Brendan and Dan are very responsive to calls or texts and always made sure our questions were answered and any issues we may have had were addressed quickly. Dan even did some of the fixes himself. We highly recommend Rochester Flooring Kitchen & Bath!
Brendan Brainard designed our kitchen with us, and we appreciated his input and direction. We were excited to see it come to fruition. Dan was our project manager and we were thrilled with him. Overall, the independent contractors working under him were great, but whenever there was something minor that didn't quite meet expectations, Dan was on top of it. We appreciated his attention to detail and desire to please. If the contractor who did the original work wasn't available to complete the minor fix, Dan would do it himself. Communication with both Brendan and Dan was great. We never had a problem, and we are thrilled with the final product. They stuck to the original quote in the contract even when more materials needed to be ordered, they gave us a 3-5 week timeline, and we were able to start moving our things back into the kitchen after the third week. We would definitely recommend them and would use them ourselves again.
