After a nightmare of a kitchen leak experience, I had to get my flooring repaired; I had a bunch of laminate planks that had been removed, and was hoping they could be re-installed. Tony took a look and said that he thought it would be do-able and sent me a very reasonable quote. He and his brother came and did the work, and did a great job! They were able to cut some of the extra planks that were in the garage to replace some of the damaged ones and got everything pieced back together.

I especially appreciate the money they saved me by not insisting that I needed brand new flooring. (But if I ever do, they'll get my business!)

We just had luxury vinyl plank flooring installed in our living/dining room, front entry area and hallway (about 600 sq ft). We are so happy with the entire experience. We worked with Tony the owner on measurements and estimates and we had multiple options to choose from which was very nice. After we chose the flooring Tom and Dave installed it. These two guys are so skilled and experienced that everything went perfectly. Great guys with great personalities and sense of humor. It was a pleasure having them here. We HIGHLY recommend Willamette Valley Floorcovering for all your flooring needs, incredible pricing, incredible workmanship all from incredible people!

I got 4 quotes and 3 of them were fairly close, but I went with WVF because I felt that Tony was trustworthy and that he would make sure the job was done down to the last detail. Others' quotes included statements like, "I wouldn't trust my guys to plane the cabinet, they just lay floors" and there were indications that I would have to somehow contract out other finishing details or pay extra, whereas Tony and his crew took care of everything. He clearly takes pride in his company's work. I also got a kick out of one of the installers who sang as he worked and talked himself through tasks aloud. I'm very happy with my floors and heartily recommend this company without hesitation. I'll miss them! :-)
