I would like to share with everyone the great experience we had with Pace Floor Coverings Inc. We recently converted our whole first story from rug and tile to laminate flooring. Steve and his team did an excellent job in all aspects of this project from the first stages all the way to the final install.

Steve Pace spent the time to make sure all of our questions were answered as we prepared for this large project. He assisted us with picking the right flooring and patiently worked us through many samples( which took several weeks) asking us questions to help pick the right one for the look and functionality we needed. Steve was patient and never pushed us faster than we were comfortable with, making this very big decision without any pressure.

This project included demo of ceramic tile and rug. Steve spent time explaining what the demo would look like and gave us realistic expectations for clean up so there were no surprises

Steve’s crew showed up on time every day. They communicated with us to ensure we were aware of the progress. The crew worked meticulously to protect our cabinets and walls during the demo, and made sure everything was cleaned up at the end of the project. Steve’s crew went above and beyond in the smallest details including dropping off baseboards and quarter round early at our request so we could paint prior to install.

Once the floor was completed, Steve made sure a thorough walkthrough was completed. Steve and his crew addressed without hesitation some minor finishing details we asked him to assist us with post the project being completed.

The final outcome was excellent. Pace Floor Covering made sure we were satisfied in all aspects of this large project. The final product exceeded our expectations. I would not hesitate to use Pace Floor Covering Inc for any future projects and look forward to when we take on the second story of our residence in the near future.

I'd like to say that David Anderson and Pace are exceptional in both their quality of products and work, but also a truly customer-centered mindset. We found a beautiful tile product for our master bath remodel through them, and now, a couple years later, when we had our whole house repiped, which required the tub to be removed and a tile to be replaced where the tub filler connected to the floor, David was able to help us find a replacement tile that matched our existing flooring (we didn't have any left from the remodel!). Wow. What a blessing that was!! Thanks David, and thank you Pace Floor Coverings!

I would give Pace Floor Covering 10 ???? if I had that option! They have not only done my personal home but they have done multiple jobs for my customers! Pace Floor Coverings was trusted with our new shower and new floors throughout our entire home. We couldn’t be more pleased, from beginning to end the process was very smooth and pleasurable. Steven came out to measure and brought some samples with him for my wife and I to look at. We went with a LVP that turned out beautiful. This company did an amazing job on my remodel. They installed luxury vinyl planks throughout my entire home and it looks fantastic. Steve Pace explained the process before starting the job and patiently answered all my questions. His team showed up when they promised and I was impressed at how clean they left the house after they finished work. They were very professional. I highly recommend this company.
