Had a need for some 2 inch hardwood flooring that needed to be replaced. I called them and spoke with Vince. He took the time to understand my needs. When I went to visit, he let me take home a sample to make sure that I was purchasing the correct product. I ended up getting the wood.

Although it was a small ticket order, Vince provided great customer service throughout. I never leave reviews, but will start to support local businesses that think focus on providing great customer service and a non-intimidating experience.

We purchased flooring for the entire house and ADU and were very happy with the customer service as well as the extremely competitive pricing. Vince has been a really great help, in fact suggesting that custom stair nosing with square edges would stand out beautifully. I would reccomend Kapriz to anyone.
