Empire Floors

Empire Floors just completed our kitchen floor: refinished & re-stained our existing hardwood, and we are extremely satisfied with their work. Ray was our contact person; he was very responsive to all phone calls/emails. He made follow up phone calls and answered our questions timely. He even came back to move the fridge back to its location. Jorge did the actual floor refinishing, and he did a fantastic job. He was a good worker, very professional, friendly, respectful, and very efficient. We love our floor. Thank you Empire Floors! - [ ]

Customer Service is excellent. It is so wonderful to walk in and get the help immediately. The staff is extremely knowledgeable, they listen carefully to what your needs are and are able to guide you to the necessary inventory that will work for your needs and budget. They are very quick to respond to questions or issues. I am so pleased with my experience at Empire. The installers were outstanding, professional, hard working and very respectful. I am so grateful.

I cannot adequately describe our satisfaction with Empire Flooring and how amazing our floors look. We were especially grateful to work with Jon Rapollo. He was calm, approachable, funny and extremely patient. Jon also saved us thousands of dollars when he recommended we keep and refinish our hard wood floors instead of installing engineered flooring. Good thing, too, because we ended up with STUNNING red oak floors throughout the home. Everyone who sees these floors are bowled over at their beauty and the difference Empire made from dingy to beyond spectacular. Empire Flooring crew was THE BEST - extremely efficient, clean, quick, knowledgeable, and respectful. They took great pride in their work and didn't get so much as a nick on any walls. Jon even gave us a free cleaning kit to keep our floors gleaming for years to come. Empire Flooring was without a doubt one of the best remodeling experiences we've ever had and we are excited to use them for my mom's house this summer. I promise you will not be disappointed if you allow Empire to show you how beautiful your home could truly be!

Several years back Empire Floors put in our hardwood floors. We were very pleased. When we recently bought new furniture we thought we might change the color of our golden oak floors to a darker stain. Empire came out and sanded down our floors and then did several stain samples on the floor. The floors turned out so beautiful. The guys were really friendly and courteous. They put up plastic and kept dust to a minimum. Our salesman Jon has always taken time explaining things and has been real helpful. They have also put in our carpets and advised us which carpets would do better with our pets. Very happy.

We have used Empire Floors for new installation of flooring in 3 houses and re-varnishing these floors after years of use. We just had them install new wood flooring in our barn house and it looks spectacular. John the sales manager has always given great advise and we always expect the best from him and he delivers. I have recommended Empire Floors, Santa Ross to others without hesitation.
