Reviews
What customers say
Customers praise the service and installation work. One customer noted that the installation areas were left clean and neat. In one commercial retail project, a crew patched and prepared a concrete slab after cracks and disintegrated concrete were uncovered, then laid LVP.

Lauren’s Private Channel Fort Collins, CO
We reached out to a couple of flooring vendors in Santa Rosa for a commercial retail flooring upgrade. Kerry and Cheryl usually take on residential projects but worked with us to create a AMAZING new look at our store, Wild Birds Unlimited Santa Rosa! Tony and Francesco showed up on time, every day, on the days that they said they would be there. They had a much bigger job than expected when they pulled up our 30 year old carpet and found cracks and disintegrated concrete that wasn't expected. They professionally patched and prepped the concrete slab and then put down beautiful LVP flooring to make our store shine. Kerry and Cheryl are amazing to work with, they delivered everything promised and their installation team was A+! Don't hesitate to use this locally owned and operated company for your project.

What a great place! The owner really gave us a lot of patient assistance! She was very caring and they had a good selection of quality carpets. We never felt rushed... This is our second time looking for a specific type of floor product and both times have been great experiences!!

Kerry, the owner, is a customer service-oriented pro with attention to fine design details. His installations are top-rate and the areas are left clean and neat. After installing engineered hardwood throughout our home, he gets my highest recommendation.

We have used St. Francis Flooring for over 10 years and have always had excellent service and installations. They are local, friendly, and very reasonable in their prices. Their floor installer is top notch.
Debbie Byrne
I was surprised to see the two low ratings for this fine company. I have used St. Francis Flooring both for my own home flooring needs and have recommended them to clients. They are friendly, helpful, honest and very hard working. They keep their promises and do an excellent job.
