I rarely write google reviews but felt strongly enough to do so for Eckard's flooring. I had my formal stairway covered with a runner. This was a frustrating process as the measured wrong initially, had to come back several times to fix buckling and looseness in rug. The rug had been down about 6 months, is not wearing well and the binding on the edges is all fraying. I called and the owner said he could rip it up and repair at my cost. REALLY! I would not recommend them as they do not stand by their products. Mind you this was not inexpensive either!

I was able to pick out my Beautiful Carpet (Mohawk - my color was classic silver) it turned out so Nicely!! (I LOVE IT) Jamie who came over to installed my carpet was tremendously incredible he knew exactly what he was doing and very professional! Thank you Jamie!! ???? I felt so welcomed when I walked through those front doors! As of right now I walk in everyone says hello Mrs. Jones, it just feels so good! ????I want to mention April at the front desk is pleasant. I was having issues with my General Contractor, who did not install my floors correctly, (soft spots and sinking) yet wanted to charge me for the materials to fix it. Of course we refused and refused to pay him for the job. He then threatened to put a lien on my house if I didn’t pay him. I was referred to Dane, the owner of Eckard’s, who talked me through the process of handling this situation, for 49 minutes! He then followed up with me a day or so later and made sure I had all the information I needed. I can’t speak more highly of this guy. It was his advice that allowed us to avoid arbitration. Mind you, we didn’t buy anything from him. He had no reason to extend such time on someone who wasn’t even a paying customer. This spoke volumes for his character! It’s been awhile since customer service was this top notch. I’ll definitely be doing business with him in the future.
Amazing and professional. Contacted them and they were out the next day measuring and planing the project. They got me a quote quickly with a fair price.During I stall the flooring specialist was very friendly and professional. He even called it out when there was a product flaw. He didn't just install sub par floors and get paid.They worked with the supplier and got it sorted out and installed quick. They did everything perfectly the install specialist was awesome and so friendly, I can't say enough good about him and this company. They are well priced, fast and professional.
Recently had our upstairs carpets replaced by Eckard’s flooring. To say the experience was fabulous would be an understatement. From start (picking out the right unique style for what we were looking for) to finish (installation and enjoyment) the smooth expierence was unmatched. We truly could not be happier. Highly recommend Eckard’s flooring.
