Stay far away. Based on my direct experience, this company engages in deceptive practices and uses poor quality materials. Communication was unprofessional throughout the process, and interactions with leadership were especially concerning. As an investor, this was one of the worst experiences I’ve had. Proceed with extreme caution.
Our recent experience with Lumber Liquidators was just AWESOME!!!After a refrigerator leak damaged our existing floors back in April 2025, we hired what we thought was a reputable company (which will remain unnamed for this review). Our insurance company provided $19K, which should covered the entire job. The company demanded all the money upfront, and immediately submitted a supplemental claim asking for another additional $36K. When the insurance company only provided $10K, which I kept, the company stopped working and did nothing for 8 months. I decided to cancel that contract and hired Lumber Liquidators. They tore out my old floor and installed the new one in just 2 DAYS!!! And the whole job only cost $13K. Moral of the story: hire experts who know the business like Lumber Liquidators., not that other company.

My experience at lumbar liquidators has been wonderful. Both Andrew and Will are such stand up guys, and Andrew has gone above and beyond with helping us find the flooring we want. I sent him a email of a look that I was looking for. He looked around, and gave me a call back with his findings. And while in the store he was present, and showed us to look for certified flooring for the waterproof flooring we were looking for. The prices are great as well for great quality flooring.
Andrew and will went above and beyond to help me and my wife choose the right flooring for our house, the whole process went very smoothly and we are extremely satisfied.
