I am super satisfied with Dallas flooring. From sales to operations to post install, they were extremely professional. Laura, Amy and Dallas are all great to work with. When there was one thing I didn’t love due to a miscommunication with installer, their owner came and assessed the situation himself and had it all redone - they went above and beyond. I am extremely impressed with the quality and it’s a relief to find a vendor who cares about a high craft standard and who are also genuinely nice and reasonable towards their customers.

Dallas Watson Flooring has a vast selection of wool carpets. Unfortunately, their customer service was atrocious. After choosing a carpet and rug, we were told installation would take about three weeks. A week later, they came out to measure, and we paid in full.

Weeks later, we were informed that the rug we selected wasn’t available. Another week passed with no update on the carpet installation or refund for the rug. When I reached out for an update, Amy, the install coordinator, sent multiple rapid emails saying that she chooses their customers and that she is mistreated at work. She went on to say that she decides WHEN and IF carpet will be installed — and if she thinks a customer is rude, she cancels their order.

The emails were so strange that we requested a full refund and will be walking away. There are plenty of flooring options in the greater Seattle area — I would stay away from this one.

I can’t say enough about our experience with DW flooring. Bobbi was patient and very knowledgeable helping us pick the flooring. Ivan is the PM and has extensive experience and knowledge and made sure the project got off the ground smoothly. He handled a few small material issues that prevented any slowdown of the installation.
And then we have Roman. Wow. Where do I begin. Hard working, extremely talented, quick problem solver and helped with the aesthetic placement of the boards. It’s so impressive how he balanced all the variations between the oak planks. This is something I knew nothing about and is common with real wood. It takes his knowledge and experience to get it right. Also, the trim work he did at patio door frame and bathroom tile is flawless. I’m attaching pics of a couple of the transitions so you can see the perfection.

Our experience working with Dallas and his team was outstanding. We bought a house with floating vinyl floors that were installed on a very uneven subfloor. They were splitting and bouncing in areas. They were separating at the seams and looked horrible. The crew had to rip out the existing flooring, level the subfloors, and install new floors. We went with a really high quality wide plank oak. This project literally transformed our home. The floors turned out absolutely perfect. The work was top notch. It looks and feels SO much better. Dallas was super hands on and awesome to work with. He was so patient and kind. He took a lot of time to help us figure out how to remedy our situation and advised us really well on new flooring. Amy coordinated everything and was so on top of everything at every moment. She was very attentive and provided excellent customer service. The team who installed the floors, led by Alexi (I hope I’m spelling his name correctly), were absolute artisans. Masters in their craft. We truly couldn’t be happier with the product or the service! We've worked with several people at DWF, including Dallas himself, and they are all truly wonderful. Laura has impeccable taste and the experience to boot, and their carpet installer is absolutely an artist.

We first purchased our LVP for our basement from DW, and when we saw how easy it was to work with them, we decided to get our stair runner from them as well. I cannot speak highly enough about their quality, work, and pricing. Thank you, guys, so much for everything. You made this aspect of our renovation so simple.
