What a fantastic family-run store that embodies the benefits of local businesses. We chose Floors Plus NW after getting bids for redoing our floors with LVP from several places including from a big box company. While not the lowest bid, they came highly-recommended from several people, and they were willing to work within our budget. We are enormously grateful we chose them. Our floors look incredible, even better than we expected. It's absolutely amazing how similar the vinyl flooring looks to the real hardwood we have in our other home. Our townhouse looks much brighter and more spacious.Luis, Liliana, and their son were all incredibly sweet and responsive. They knew we were on a tight timeline and adjusted their installation schedule and finished the work EARLY! Luis and Liliana even came out personally to inspect and did some final touches to the completed flooring. It would be impossible to get the level of care, communication, and customer service from those corporations that churn (and subcontracts) out orders.1000% recommended! I was So fortunate that this company was recommended by my friend. Luis Morales has an exceptional company and the incredible work that was done for our floors and carpet showed that. They were so flexible with timing and stayed true to their word. We are so happy with our new floors and carpet, and it was done in such a timely manner. My experience with Floors PLUS NW was fantastic. It is a family run business and all members were so very helpful. Their selection in flooring is broad and I found my choice with help from Luis and Lilliana fairly quickly. The entire process with my contractor and them went really well. I LOVE my new flooring! It is as we expected very warm and lovely! I would go back to them in a heartbeat. I Highly recommend them.
We had very slippery stairs and were concerned about us, or our dogs, falling down them. We live close to the shop so stopped in one day and were so happy with their knowledge and selection of custom stair runner options. They came to our house within a few days to take all of the measurements, and when our rug was finished, came out the next day to install. It looks great, our installer did a great job and we’ll definitely use them again!
Liliana & Luis are AMAZING to work with.Our project was to replace our old carpeting with luxury vinyl panels. When we visited their store, they didn't try to hard sell anything, Liliana and Luis gave us plenty of times, professional advices, and samples to borrow to make sure that we are going to be happy with the floor choice that we will end up with for a long time. They even worked with us with our budget and gave us a clear breakdown on costs to consider as well.Their team came out promptly and got the work done within the timeline they have agreed on. Few months later, we noticed a squeaky noise on one of the panels when we were walking over, their team came out and reinstalled the affected area with new panels without any issues and owned up to it!I would definitely use these guys again, and I highly recommend their services to everyone here.
