Had a wonderful experience working with Filipp and Jamie from Pro Flooring. We replaced the flooring in our basement and it turned out to be a much bigger project than we had originally anticipated, due to the poor condition of the sub floor. I felt like we were in great hands working with Pro Flooring, and they did a wonderful job keeping me updated and making sure all of my questions were answered each step of the way. We love our new floors! I would highly recommend them for any of your flooring needs.
I am updating my review as of June, 2023 to say even more great things about Pro-Flooring. Why? Because I called them to say that I had spilled some ammonia on the floor and there was some slight discoloration on the finish. Josh, the owner, just left my house after fixing the floor and he didn't even charge me! Their work and customer service can't be beat. In fact, my General Contractor is so impressed with their work, that he is now bidding out Pro-Flooring on his jobs!I can't say enough great things about Pro-Flooring. They recently replaced most of the flooring in my home, which had been a combination of wood and carpet, with new wide plank engineered hardwood. I had received 2 bids and went with Pro-Flooring because their estimate was substantially less. The floor turned out perfectly! The owner, Josh, takes incredible pride in his work and wants his customers to be happy. Everyone showed up on time every day and were very polite and professional. I received a lot of guidance from Josh on which type of finish would look the best and provide the best protection for the floors. There was a lot of work to be done, and they completed the work on time! Josh is incredibly responsive and an absolute pleasure to work with. I will be recommending Pro Flooring to all my friends.
I had a great experience with Pro Flooring. We had part of our garage converted into a guest room by another contractor, but it still needed subflooring, carpet, and baseboards. It was a little tricky because the floor level was off a bit, a pipe was coming out of one corner, etc. But Pro Flooring sent an estimator who came on time, was very friendly, got back to me quickly with a clear and very fair estimate, and even advised me on how to fix a drywall issue the last contractor missed. They've got a good showroom, and Jamie helped me through the process, and the gentlemen who came to do the work were wonderful. VERY good work - I was super delighted how professional it made the slightly rough room look - and they were quick and courteous and cleaned up so well I couldn't have guessed work was done that day. We are so happy with it, and the worry-free experience, we'll gladly go here again next time we have flooring needs.
We had a fairly daunting project ahead of us. We had removed a wall and a sizable hole was left in our hardwood floor. On top of that years of poor maintenance had caused there to be several spots in need of repair.Pro Flooring came to the rescue. They were able to match our flooring material perfectly and "lace" new boards in with the old creating, even though parts of the floor were not perfectly aligned. The result was a beautiful seamless red and white oak floor. You can't tell where the missing boards were at all. They also sanded and refinished the room, erasing years of varnish damage, scratches, and even water damage. The floor looks like new and was worth every penny. The project was started 4 calendar days earlier than expected, and finished in three visits 3 days ahead of schedule. Extremely punctual and quick to slot us in among their other work.I would highly recommend Pro Flooring to anyone needing professional high quality flooring work in the Kent/Renton area. I've already recommended them to several friends.Check out the photos attached. :)
Bogdan and his team were exceptional! They came out to give a free bid quickly, their estimate was comparable to another bid we had but they were able to work us into the schedule quickly! They understood issues in the floor, how to make repairs and fix gaps, etc and this was not an extra cost. The flooring had been a dark pre-finished oak and was badly peeling on the top layer. They made the surface look beautiful and new! We couldn't be happier. Do make sure that you do not have other work going on at the same time - this job is extensive and toxic work so I think doubling up on projects would be a mistake in the long run. Also, make sure to discuss if they will need to turn off gas and where their equipment can draw electricity - this is a standard practice given the flammability of sealants. Thank you so much Pro Flooring!
