Im from Canada bought paper online for couple years now from Ubro. Always a headache to buy from these guys online.Either forget to send shipment, send it to the wrong address, but the best is sending me the wrong product and they wouldn't give my money back even though they said they would after sending shipment back. They left me no choice but to contact my bank.. after 3 months finally got the money back.They keep going through new employees which have no clue what they are doing. Im sure they are a great store to come and buy in person but they really have to work on their online shipment game
I loved this place. I enjoyed meeting so many people in the wood flooring business. Met so many great masters in their craft. I hope they keep true to their family oriented business and not let other people infiltrate their marketing process. Only stick to people who are willing to learn and adapt and really want them to succeed. I enjoy all their parties they have with the big flooring finisher lines they carry. They always have staff on hand to help you when you need it most. Truly remarkable people and I wish them great luck in all their business endeavors. Great people to work with. I haven’t worked with them in a while but I wish them the best!
