Bill and Dan did a wonderful job removing old vinyl plank and installing new laminate flooring throughout most of our house. They were exactly on time, worked quickly but did not corners. Their installation of the new flooring exceeded our expectations. Strongly recommend.
Disappointed that the 1 year installation warranty was changed on the spot after installation. I made him aware of the level problems with part of the floor, but I wasn't aware of a corner that wasn't level prior to installation. Didn't use glue with the vinyl and same evening strips were lifting. As of next day several lifting spots. I was initially impressed with the consultation, and I now wish I had insisted on some type of warranty. I was told to put something heavy on the lifting straps. I won't recommend to anyone.
We called for an estimate to install tile flooring. He came same day and explained in detail what was required. He was scheduled a month out but the price was reasonable so we didn't mind. He called the next week after a cancel and got the job done. The floor is beautiful. The work was done quickly but with quality. He took care of several hiccups that were issues on our side. We will definitely use this company again if needed. Very nice family owned and operated.
Carpet installation went well but did not leave room to rehab 2 closet doors & 1 bedroom door. I feel that was part of the installation 3. Now I need to find someone to cut off 2 inches at the bottom of these doors. Not happy & will not recommend them to anyone
The installer was rude, cut corners, and was very rushed. He was asked to wait to install the laminate flooring near the door while someone ran to the store to grab a new threshold. Instead, he didn’t, and we were left to have to finish that area of the floor on our own. After we paid him to do it. He also did not tuck the carpet under the stairs and put the transition in the wrong place! Overall, he needs to change his attitude and put genuine effort into his work.
