What customers say
Customers describe vinyl and carpet installations, plus help with custom-sized rugs. One customer says their luxury vinyl plank floor in the hallway, living room and kitchen began coming apart; they report pieces were cut too short, the green underlayment showed, and they were still trying to get the work fixed. They also say they were asked to pay for a repair.

Archer Floor Covering did an awesome job on installing vinyl in my son's room, the price was good, they came out within a few days and I don't know how their guys got it installed so straight!! the vinyl has a pattern of squares on it and it lines up EVERYWHERE, which is extra impressive because it's a weird shaped room.
I used a different company last year for my kitchen and next time I'm definitely picking Archer again
I didn't get the techs names but they were super professional and quick and the room was really clean when they were done too

12/8/2021 Update:
I am still trying to get Archer Floors to fix their subpar installation of my floor. It seems that they do not stand behind the work!
DO NOT USE ARCHER FLOORS(Springfield, OR)
MY WHOLE FLOOR IS COMING APART EVERYWHERE ARCHER FLOORS INSTALLED IT AND WON'T FIX THEIR SUBPAR INSTALL!
Archer Floors ruined my new luxury vinyl plank that they installed in my hallway, living room & kitchen. A number of pieces were cut too short so the green underlayment shows and there are GAPS EVERYWHERE!!
Archer Floors installed luxury vinyl plank in my hallway. A number of pieces were cut too short so the green underlayment shows. Archer wanted $400 to fix their mistake!

Archer flooring did a great carpet job at our home. They are all very professional and the installers were early to the job each day and made sure to call with any questions. Highly recommend!
