Where do I even begin. This is the last place I wanted to come but here we are. We decided to go with this company to have our flooring done which in fact was done beautifully. As we were considering a few things we decided to have our kitchen back splash done as well. Now this is where things taken a turn for the worse. What should have been a beautiful job has left me with a mess I have to look at everyday and feeling nothing but regret. They will cut corners and hide things where they think you might not see. We had the first installers come in which were given two full days but rushed the job into half a day. My hardwood floor was damaged from pulling the stove out multiple times and then the fridge which was never suppose to be touched my microwave was pulled out at the bottom which should have been removed to do the job correctly and I feel like they should have known that. I seen mistakes from the beginning but I was told to let the finished product be complete so that’s what I did trusted in the process. The job wasn’t right so I requested they come back and that’s what was arranged. So the second attempt consisted of myself the person in charge of the job and the installer standing in my kitchen going over everything and me basically being called a liar in my own home. After the second “fix” which was removing a couple tiles I was still unhappy my damaged flooring wasn’t even acknowledged and at this point no money had been released. I demanded it be torn down and redone with a different installer and done right. This was now a month ordeal but I was ok because it was being done which I thought would be right. We decided to release the funds and that was by far the biggest mistake. When the second installer came in for the third attempt when taking down the tile I was informed they hadn’t even had dry wall behind which was starting to make a lot of sense. I vocalized many times I wanted things done right and he tried and now I’m left with uneven tiles, grout falling out, grout in my floors, grout on my cabinets and where they think you can’t see it’s terrible. We had to take our microwave down to fix it. Not once did a manager reach out or even try and speak with me. When I brought up that this is still unacceptable and I’m extremely unhappy I was told because I found one problem I would continue to find more and when I brought up the microwave I was told how do you know that was my guys, well it wasn’t like that before and two different installers tried to shove grout around it pulling it out once and making it even worse the second time. After the job was complete no one even came to check the work or anything so that shows me they have no idea the quality of work there installers do. Once they had there money we didn’t matter anymore and I do not want a response on here as Majestic Flooring you had months to reach out and make this right and chose to walk away. I have shared multiple photos of all the work done and my current kitchen now. The pictures don’t even do justice of how terrible things are.
I had my entire basement flooring done by majestic. Combination vinyl and carpet. Darrin was awesome, coordinated everything and got us the floor we wanted even though it was backordered! I would not hesitate to use them again it looks great, their installers were fantastic and very professional.
Horrible customer service. I don’t know why my original review will not show to the public. If I could’ve given them zero stars I would have. Be prepared to have horrible customer service with this company if anything should go wrong with your install. This doesn’t surprise me that they won’t take blame. Not surprised they blamed us for spilling stuff all over our floor. Like who would spill stuff all over a brand new floor for compensation??? That’s insane! And financial gain for us??? We spent another thousand dollars on the 2nd floor! And yes, we cleaned our own floors because at that point it had been 3 months of living in limbo. We did not feel like waiting another month for someone to be available to come clean up your mess. And the special cleaner you poured all over our brand new flooring was Zep Floor Stripper. Floor Stripper!!! STRAIGHT!!! And saying you needed another week for the special cleaner to arrive? It’s at any local Home Depot out there. So is the TSP! Missing appointments with no call! 3 FLOORS INSTALLED AND ALL A DISASTER! Who goes out of their way to write such a horrible response to an honest review? Obviously someone who has done something wrong and needs to defend themselves to the nth degree. A simple , “I’m sorry you had a bad experience “ goes a long way. Disgusting company. Do NOT TAKE YOUR BUSINESS here! Blaming your customers for trying to fraud your company is not a good look. May you and your wife have a wonderful day ?? Go to Parkland Flooring instead! They are an excellent business! ??One more thing! Removing all your bad reviews is not an honest way to operate either. I know of 3 that you removed. Not surprised though. Shady as ever!
I want to give a huge thank you to Steve and his amazing team at Flooring Majestic for such a smooth and successful carpet installation! From start to finish, the entire process was incredibly easy and completely stress-free.I was very impressed with how professional and efficient everything was—from the initial quote all the way through to the final installation. Steve was knowledgeable, friendly, and made sure every detail was taken care of. The team showed up on time, worked quickly, and left everything spotless. What truly stood out to me was how they turned my vision into reality. What I had visualized actually happened—the finished result was exactly what I had hoped for, if not better. I couldn’t be happier with the results. The new carpet looks fantastic, and I’d highly recommend Flooring Majestic to anyone looking for quality flooring and outstanding customer care.Thank you again, Steve and team!
We contacted Steve to help us with our oiled hardwood floor. This was not a product he sold to us but he came over to see what he could do to restore it and then ordered the products needed to complete the job. Steve’s customer service is above none as he generously shared his time and knowledge with us to make our floor beautiful again. We can’t thank Steve enough and will definitely buy from him when we need new flooring.5/5 recommend
