Mark is the best at what he does, Hands down. My wife wanted new floors and we used mark for installation. As always happens with an old house we ripped out the old carpets and baseboards to find damage under a bay window. We though oh no how much more will this cost. Mark came to our home at no extra charge and pretty much walked me through what I had to do fix it and get it ready for the new floor. Once the repair were done he came back to install and decided the floor repair i did was good but level enough for him to be happy with the finished floor. I had bought the leveling compound but didnt think it needed it. He took it upon himself and at no extra charge to us he mixed and applied the leveling compound just to be sure the finished floor would look as it should. After all was done the floor looked great. Then like I do I got rushy putting all the furniture back and put a huge scratch in one plank moving a table on my own instead of waiting for my wife to help.(wife not happy with me after that). Called Mark expecting to pay extra for a repair. Mark came back the next day looked it over worked his magic and boom cant see the scratch. Once again no charge. Fast forward several Months, I work on busses for a living and had new bus needing its one piece vinyl floor replaced, we did all prep work and wood work but i had reservations about being able to lay the whole roll of flooring on the interior of a brand new unit in factory condition. Mark came to my place of work and personally helped me/taught me how do do it, right from troweling the glue to rolling the vinyl flat. Again he barely charged us for his help. You wont find better than Mark, quality of work and quality of service is the best hands down. Don't listen to those who will never be happy no matter what happens because they don't listen to what has to happen to make it right. If you need floor work of any kind just call Mark hes a great guy and you wont regret it at all ever.

Mark did an amazing job on my new floors. The installation was a lot faster than I thought it would take and he even did a few extras over and above the original quote. He stuck to the quoted amount for the installed vinyl plank flooring with no issues. I highly recommend Mark at Parkland Hardwood Flooring. Stand up guy, friendly, and great with communication.

The owners took advantage of me when I was 8 months pregnant. They quoted me and then upon completion the quote was significantly higher. Even tho I was crying and was shocked at the price difference- there was no compassion or compromise. I told Mark that I grew up in this area and knew a lot people. He didn't care. I have such a bad taste in my mouth for this company and can't believe they are still in business. The quote and then shocking final price felt extremely unethical.
