Reviews
What customers say
Customers praise flooring selection and helpful project support; one household had vinyl plank installed on its main and upper floors. One customer says a master-bedroom carpet addition visibly differed in pile and quality, and the store refused to address the mismatch. Another reviewer says the company destroyed their home and they lost it afterward.

Just finished getting our main and upper floor done with vinyl plank. Great business with amazing rates. From start to finish they were very helpful with any questions we had. Lots of flooring to choose from. Fast booking. The installer Naser was amazing and very accommodating and very helpful. Would definitely recommend this business to anyone looking to get there floors done. Thank you for the amazing service

I've used the flooring store many times, for big jobs and small. Lots of selections and good pricing. Vic has always been easy to work with. Highly recommended no matter the size of job.

I do not recommend this business, as they replaced the carpet in our master bedroom and had to add a piece but used a different pile/quality of carpet, same colour but you can see the difference. We went back to the store but they refuse to do anything about it. I was going to get them to replace counter tops and back splash but now I won't. Their customer service is terrible, they refuse to call you and don't check up on the work they do. I DO NOT recommend this company at all. Not willing to work with you. Don't go there, use the company behind Tim Horton's in Stony Plain - much better. Why are companies allowed to get away with doing business this way, it is very disgusting. I will not recommend this business to anyone ever if anything I will do the opposite of a good review. Shame on you

DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY.
A reciprocal judgement filed in Queen's Bench in Edmonton( from British Columbia to Alberta in 2023, for $35,000.00 against Victor Fayant's company "The Flooring Store" (Spruce Grove) has been ignored. This company destroyed my healthy home in 2018 (renovated extensively to address Multiple Chemical Sensitivity and other medical issues) forcing me to lose the house and become a homeless senior in October 2023. Victor Fayant is refusing to pay! This company continues to do business without consequences. Protect your personal and business interests: do not work with this company.
