We shop at floor and decor frequently because we are remodeling our house. We visited the store twice today and had great customer service both times! Romeo went above and beyond to assist us with picking out great flooring, giving us outstanding advice, and truly seemed to care about his work! When we went to the register to purchase what we picked out, Tracy was our cashier, she went out of her way to make me feel special on my birthday. She remembered us from shopping in the store previously and even complimented my necklace. Floor and Decor will continue to be the place we shop at for all of our flooring needs! Great customer service!!!!
Romeo was the sweetest! He helped us calculate and get our tile on the cart, as well as grout. And then he saw my husband getting all the tile into his truck by himself and came back out to help, unprompted. His kindness and awareness of others will keep us coming back to this store as we redo the rest of our home. Thanks Romeo!
My husband and I stopped in tonight to pick out the rest of our tile for the bathrooms and they paired us with Nabie, an in store designer. She was so patient with us after we changed our mind ($) on the tile for the showers. We loved working with her ! We will go back to this location for any of our needs !! Romeo was awesome. I was there to fill an order, he was very helpful, patient & knowledgeable of your products. Even though it was close to the end of his shift, he stayed helped me through the whole process. I also want to thank Josh who helped me load the material. Great experience thank you.
I had the most amazing experience at the Tempe floor and decor. We have had a nightmare of a remodel experience, but a bright spot has been our beautiful, beautiful porcelain plank wood look floors. Unfortunately, we ordered too much and then because of extreme delays with our project, I was past the 90 day return window. Manager Michelle had so much compassion and understanding, Aiden was so proactive in listening to my concerns and was beyond helpful, and Romeo was the star of the show by helping me haul in 14 boxes of ridiculously heavy tile. If I could give Tempe floor and decor 1000 stars I would. Please give these employees all the rewards and perks for making this very disgruntled remodeler feel so seen and heard. Also, the flooring is Mount Royal Amber would look porcelain tile.
