Alex was superb and professional in answering our questions and getting samples - even of a color/brand no longer carried in Arizona. He was amazingly patient (over months) as we struggled with our renovation after our contractor bailed. Our LVP was finally installed this past week and Jesus did a phenomenal job on the floors and baseboard. He was professional, skilled, tidy, and discussed how to handle challenging areas in advance. His expertise was better than many of the carpenters we've seen. In today's construction world, State 48 and Jesus were a welcome change. Highly recommend.
Alex was our sales rep/contact point. We had tile and wood flooring installed. Happy to say we have had no issues with workmanship almost a year and half later. The installation process went smoothly once materials were procured and the post sales support has also been very good. I would recommend Alex and his team and will definitely be on my call back list for future flooring needs.
I would recommend State48 Floors to ANYONE! I’ve never been so happy with a company. Alex and his team were able to completely remove our beaten down Saltillo tile, even out the foundation underneath, lay beautiful new LVP flooring and add new baseboards in just a week and a half. The end result was exactly what we wanted and they have transformed our home. Communication, timing and the final product were all amazing!
Clint and his team were a true ally during our flooring renovation project. From educating us about flooring options, pros and cons of various material, making design recommendations and helping with details such as subfloor repair by Jesus, we couldn’t be have been happier with our experience.
