Went into the store today to get ideas and a possible quote for carpeting in our home. The man behind the counter was annoyed with us just for walking in at all. He was irritated that we didn’t know what kind of carpet we wanted before we got there. I thought we were supposed to go there to look at samples so this didn’t make any sense. His absolute disgust for us made us so uncomfortable we left in the first two minutes of being there. As we walked out, he shouted “it’s not that hard!” Referring to us, knowing what kind of carpet we wanted before we got there. I understand if someone’s having a bad day, but to take it out on customers who just walked in with no ill will, was so uncalled for that I still can’t believe it. That was the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I just kept saying what did we do? Never again.

Extraordinarily patient. Let us take samples home multiple times. We got sick and didn't bring them back on time. No one was upset. We ordered flooring from them more than once because a package was delivered fractured. They have been very efficient. We bought Marsh LVT Coretec and sure enough, it is 0 VOC, asthmatic and migraine friendly. I didn't even get sick after shopping. Cool. I would not call it cat or dog friendly; the dog slips and slides, and the cat looks like a ball of static. Overall, the floor went in very nicely and we're pleased. Probably wouldn't buy this company floor again; didn't like the graffiti initials inside the coloring. Coretec refused to let us purchase the one missing plank so we spent $300 on a box to match. Love this store. Not very pleased with Coretec.

Haven't bought carpet in almost 40 years. John brought me up-to-date on carpeting terms and technology. Good thing because I would have bought something I didn't need. He helped me choose something that would work for me and was within my budget. Installation: two bedrooms, closets, hall, and stairway. The crew did a beautiful job. Can't see any of the seams, everything is smooth not a wrinkle anywhere.
I'm glad I went with them and not a big box store. I got excellent service.
