Deeply disappointing experience trying to get flooring repairs completed by Riemer.I waited several weeks for an appointment, and the scheduler (Jennifer) decided to send only one technician out despite the significant amount of work to complete, and despite my urging that this was a big job that would need more support.The technician who finally showed up said he wouldn't have time to do the job, so he left without completing any work at all. Jennifer, instead of putting any effort into getting me rescheduled quickly with the appropriate team for the job, decided to add me to the end of the queue, meaning another monthlong wait. If the work is ever completed, I will be very happy to never work with this company again.
So thankful I again chose Riemer Floors! They have been my flooring company for years! There was a small mistake with my stairs, but it was taken care of very quickly by Kimberly.Also, Doug, did such a beautiful installation on the staircase. A great guy! I miss my salesman, Dave, who retired. He was a gem!
I’ve used Riemer’s for over 40 years for all my homes.Recently, whole house carpet last August. As summer went to fall I noticed adjustments needed. Mike from service came out. What a fanatic job on tucks and tweaks in areas I thought with a remodel you just had to live with. Mike went above and beyond until it was absolutely perfect! Thank you Riemer’s for still making customer satisfaction a priority with the expertise of skilled professionals like Mike.Nothing puts more pride in a home owner as having the Riemer van pull up to your house!
Absolutely hands down one of the best sales/contractor/installation experiences we have ever had. We hit the lotto with Chris Higgins our sales specialist. Chris was personable, zero pressure, and very well versed in his products, he never gave us any impression he had any interest other than the best outcome for our home, If I could buy everything I ever needed from Chris I would be happy.Throughout our shopping/decision process the whole team was great with helping us bring samples home, exchange them, even ordering special samples from the manufacturer for us. Regardless of whether Chris was in the office the whole team took care of us and was more than happy to help.We had a pretty big installation project, most of our home received new flooring, a mix of carpet and hardwood. The installation took place pretty quickly (started about 3.5 weeks from purchase) and Mike our hardwood installer was amazing, I could write a novel about how good this guy was. Super personable, very communicative, just an overall great experience, similar to Chris, if Mike could install everything we ever needed in our home I would be elated.Our carpet was installed by a different set of gents, working for Bob's crew we had Wayne and Ricky doing our carpet, I honestly didn't know there was such a thing as quality differences in carpet installations, but after the first room was finished I was flabbergasted. It looks amazing, and the transition areas from our hardwood to our carpet look amazing, honestly couldn't be happier.We did notice a few spots that needed some touch up from our hardwood install, no big deal, its a lot of hardwood, bound to happen. One call to Chris and he arranged a service dispatch, they were out within a few days and again, amazing experience, Maik, our repair tech, ended up replacing one of our hardwood boards and I was shocked, you could never tell. He was super professional and polite, cleaned up everything and left our home looking better than he found it.The best part of working with Riemer has been the feeling that everyone we work with respects and cares about our home, it was like they were shopping for themselves and working on their own home. I was happy to hear that Riemer offers tile and other installation services beyond flooring because we are going to buy everything we possible can through Riemer.
