Tried to get help from several employees and none of them would assist me. One person said they couldn't help unless I took the receipt in even though the product we bought was 20 feet away from where we were standing and we had pictures and he still said he didn't know and went right back talking and laughing with the other employees. They didn't even try. Finally got a single person who was willing to help and they were able to. But evveyone else in there did not care that we needed help. Absolutely terrible. Never going back there again

If you’re getting lumber, it’s a drive in section where you come in via the side with the little shack. You just drive in and grab your lumber in the back area by the train tracks. Someone with a clipboard that takes note and hands out the receipt when he thinks you’re done. You might need to flag him down in the little shack if he’s not out or go see where he’s at if he’s with someone else. They are pretty attentive though, there might be more than one person too. The person counts the wood you took and hands you a receipt. Then before you leave the parking lot, you park and pay at the counter with your receipt. Then you drive out and the guy in the other shack checks your receipt and recounts the wood you got with your receipt. Then arm lifts so your car can get out.

I had a fantastic experience with Anthony Sanchez customer service and I couldn’t be more impressed with his helpfulness. I was struggling to find the right tools for a project, and Anthony Sanchez took the time to not only find exactly what I needed but also provided great advice on how to use them. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. I’m grateful for his outstanding service and will definitely be returning. Highly recommend! If I could give it more than 5 stars I would!

Brian and Augustine were really helpful. I think they have a great selection and really knowledgeable and helpful staff. This is rare and I was surprised to hear home depo now owns the company because they seem so much better than Home Depot. No matter who owns them they won me over and I would recommend to anyone needed building materials
