Excellent experience with Timeless Floor Company. Salesman James guided us through the selection of the floor tile. As soon as he found out our selection was temporarily out of stock, he provided us with a couple of satisfactory alternatives. Installers James and Hector did a great job. They were pleasant, professional and efficient. The job was completed within our tight deadline. We are happy with our new Pergo floor.
Was referred by family and wanted someone local to our region. Unfortunately we were unsatisfied with services received. A 1-2 day job turned into almost 4 weeks. Cost was substantially more because they "forgot" to add a room when we walked the entire property during the estimate. Rescheduled on us 3 times which caused us to move our belongings and re-arrange our home each time.On top of the delays, there was protruding nails in the carpet that was a safety hazard for our children. I thought they had taken care of the issue on the second visit, after my inspection there was more sharp objects found sticking up. Master bath tile was damaged from the install as well.Obviously there is a lack of project management skills and a lack of communication. We would have to call to get updates and they would never follow up. The only thing they were timely on was sending the bill when the services were complete. Go figure.
Working with Timeless Floor Company was a fantastic experience. Felipe & Jackie treated us like friends from the very beginning. They offer a competitive price, showed up exactly when they said they would and the end result is beautiful - we couldn’t be happier! Plus they connected us with a cabinet maker who ended up remodeling our entire kitchen. Professional etiquette and excellent work. We can’t recommend Timeless Floor Company highly enough!
Jackie at Felipe at Timeless Flooring are amazing! I went in with ideas of what I wanted but needed to stay on budget and needed some expert design advice. They both took the time to show me samples and move them around on the showroom floor so I could see them in different lighting. They spent hours with me matching everything and making great recommendations. They are truly experts! I appreciated that they encouraged me to take my favorites home to test them out before making my decision. They have a great showroom and a huge selection. We used them for all of our tile work in bathrooms, fireplace, kitchen, bedrooms and flooring throughout the house. We were a total loss in the Thomas Fire and they made the entire process so much easier ! They are communicating from start to finish, they are honest, reliable and so kind. The new flooring and tile is looking great and making our new house a home again. I am so happy with my purchases and would definitely recommend Timeless Flooring!
