BEST FLOORING COMPANY AROUND. I’m new in town and needed new floors for new house, and BK flooring was the only company who was willing to take on the hard job of leveling my concrete foundation home before installing vinyl flooring. Previously, the whole house was carpet — everywhere. The entire process finished a lot quicker than I expected. Great communication, great service, great installation, great result. Couldn’t be happier. Big shout out to Marta who was my main contact and helped me through the entire process. Can’t recommend enough!
The staff at BK was very helpful as we chose the tile for our bathroom floor. We had access to many samples and they provided photos of some of our choices before we made our final decision. They measured twice and provided expertise as to what the project would entail, cost, etc. The installer was very skilled and did a beautiful job. He was neat and considerant of our home. He was punctual. We are very happy with the results!
So far, not so good, extremely slow getting Tile. When the tile finally got here even slower to get a gentleman to come and install it through the company. Now we’re finding out those tile that are damaged and we’re having trouble getting the shower installed in a timely fashion. I will keep y’all posted. hopefully we end on a strong note!! Fingers crossed
We worked with BK for our new master shower tile. The staff walked us through the selection process and guided us through all our options quickly. Throughout our project communication was awesome, even when we had a small issue, the team was responsive and remedied our issue quickly. Wouldn’t hesitate to use BK again!
Customer service was terrible. Couldnt follow through with carpet install or provide any sort of date when they could get to it. We were left hanging as we had furniture that was to be delivered and this company would do nothing to make the situation right. Very disappointed and won’t be using them again or passing their name along in a positive way.
