Guys did great putting in the carpet and in a timely manner as well. My salesman Turner wasn’t pushy and everything I asked him to do he pulled out and compared no questions. Me and my wife had a blast! Highly Recommend

She worked with the vendor and got us a better price on the flooring because of the large amount we were purchasing. We were working against a timeline of when we needed the flooring done and she made it happen! The install team was top notch as well! Very professional job completed! Don’t hesitate to use the team!
I am so very happy with dealing with Carpetland on my master bedroom flooring. The price was right. Alan, my salesman, was extremely patient with my visits trying out floor samples at home from carpet to luxury vinyl plank. He gave me about six quotes as I constantly changed my mind. He never lost patience with me, telling me he wanted me to be happy with my choice. He had alot of knowledge to share with me on carpet materials, wear, and vinyl flooring pros and cons. I so very impressed with his salesmanship. It's so rare to find someone so kind and patient in sales, never pushing me to make a hurried decision. The crew of 3 moved 5 heavy pieces of fine furniture in and out of my bedroom to do the installation in only 3 hours, tearing out carpet and tack strips and removing and replacing floor trim and transition strips. The job was absolutely perfect. The crew was so nice and efficient and did all the clesnup before they left. I can't say enough about this 5 star experience!! Great job, Carpetland!!
Carpetland has in Waterloo was great to work with. Alan was patient with us as we went through the process of purchasing new carpet for a home we were in the middle of closing on. Turner stepped in when needed and knew exactly where we left off with Alan during this month long process. Whenever I called in and needed to talk to Toni l, she seems to be right on top of things. Everyone was great to work with and very understanding of our situation. The team they used to install did great work. I would recommend them to anyone.
I have had carpet tiles placed in upstairs living area, carpet in my bedroom, and tiles placed in my kitchen / dining areas. All work done timely in 1 to 2 days. SALESPERSON Toni great to work with. Sadly I missed the Veterans day sales promotions. All work people were very good to work with. Thank You Carpetland.
