Good place to get a good deal on floor replacement
These guys did a phenomenal job on our walnut hardwood floor repair and I gave them several challenges. I had a gel spill that seeped into the wood and joints and I tried a YouTube DIY repair myself which only made it worse. For some jobs you just need to call in the professionals. Wayne and his brother are definitely professionals. We have an open floor plan and they were tasked to refinish only part of the area which meant they needed to first correct my mistakes and then match the new finish with the old. I'll say it again. They did a phenomenal job! I definitely recommend them and will have them back in the future to refinish the rest of our hardwood floors when they need it. No more attempted DIY floor repairs for me.
These two brothers are real craftsmen who learned the trade by apprenticing with their father Larry. We had them refinish our living room floor about 20 years ago and they still look amazing. We recently had them do an upstairs bedroom and found that they still do excellent work. Wade and his brother stayed right on schedule, and always texted and updated with the time they would be coming. They are very professional in their work and communication, and do an outstanding job of refinishing hardwood floors. I highly recommend this company!
We are extremely happy about our experience with classic hardwood floors! Wade and his brother were extremely professional and communicative. Our 100 year old floors look amazing. They were very careful and meticulous around all of the built ins and trim, and they were very clean. They always showed up on time or even a few minutes early, always called ahead of time, and they were patient and kind in answering my many questions. We chose them because a friend highly recommended them, and I can’t say enough good things about the overall experience! I would absolutely recommend to anybody and if we ever need more work done, I’d call them in a heartbeat.
Quite good at knowing the options for refinishing a wood floor and the actual work, quite bad at the business customer service side. Poor communication before during and after, forgotten dates and taking over a month to cash the check is not acceptable these days.
