We asked he a millon question and never got inpatient with us. He is very calm which is a plus with me, it was my first time putting in new carpet. He got it done in a timly manner. I would recommend him to everyone I know. Abby also was very patient with me and know what carpet sample to send me. I don't live in Waterloo and she work with me. Top Notch service on both sides.
