After struggling to find exactly what I wanted for our kitchen floor replacement, I walked into Floors de Lis, and Abby basically read my mind! Her estimates were fair, and Paul did amazing work! We were so pleased I had them do another project for me shortly after finishing the kitchen. We already have plans to use them in the near future!!

From the first time walking into the store until completion of our floors we had a wonderful experience. They gave us a time line and when anything changed they let us know( they were able to install sooner). We are very pleased with our new floor.
Micheal just finish putting in the carpet in our living room, with eight foot long stirs, open below. He did an AMAZING job. Very knowledgeable about what he does. We asked he a millon question and never got inpatient with us. He is very calm which is a plus with me, it was my first time putting in new carpet. He got it done in a timly manner. I would recommend him to everyone I know. Abby also was very patient with me and know what carpet sample to send me. I don't live in Waterloo and she work with me. Top Notch service on both sides.
Floors de Lis was absolutely amazing to work with. We needed new flooring in our house as soon as possible. The day I got ahold of Abby for help, Paul came that same day to measure and to give us a quote. Both Abby and Paul were so helpful. They made this a quick and painless process. We get compliments on our floors every time someone comes over. And we are so happy with the work that was done.
