Amazing family run flooring business!
Absolutely a class act business. This crew was so helpful and patient with us during our remodel helping us order extra flooring to match floors that were installed 5 years prior to extend into a new room. They also assisted us in installing new carpet in the basement to go over heated concrete floors. They were always patient with time lines when our project would delay and time lines would change. Look no further for your flooring needs you won’t be disappointed.
Needed flooring due to deracho..both carpet and porcelain tile. My husband has had to replace multiple tiles that were installed. Either there was no mortar under the tile or the mortar dried before the tile was installed causing the tile and mortar not to adhere to one another causing movement in the tiles. Prior to this install, my husband had installed out tile. It was solid - NO creak sounds, movement or cracking. This new floor, however, is NOT solid. Every where we walk we hear crunching. We can tell when we will have to redo a tile because the grout will crack from the movement of the tile due to just 'sitting' on the dried mortar. Our carpet was not much better. The upstairs seams are very visible and looks awful but our main frustration is the tile. We were charged a large amount of money for this tile and install. It was a poor install job. Not only were we charged 'trip charges' but the installers would only work a few hours/day. When they were here, they were in a hurry hence the problems we are now experiencing. We had them come out the first time we we noticed a moving tile and cracked grout. You could tell he did not want to be there (probably because he knew the horrible job they did!) The installer removed the tile and there was no mortar under it!! He even used the wrong color grout on the repair because they had no record of the color that was used on the original install! We have not called them back as my husband can do it himself and we don't have to deal with attitude or with an installer that could care less about the mess he makes. I would warn anyone against having tile installed by this company!! If I could give negative stars, I would!!!!Update: We did NOT get any feedback as to the drawbacks of porcelain. We had installed (ourselves) the prior porcelain tile several years ago and NEVER had an issue with sound on the tiles when walked upon. One should not be able to pull up a tile and see no mortar attached to the tile. The tiles are just 'sitting' on dried mortar. The installers mortared too much of an area that the mortar dried before the tiles were placed. The tiles in our kitchen are getting worse by the day. You cannot walk without hearing cracking. We are going to have to rip up most of the kitchen to resolve the problem. NEVER EVER have we seen such incompetence. We know it was a big job but that is NO excuse for rushing a doing a horrible job!! I just don't know what to say....blaming the homeowner for a bad install job? Really?!
Can't wait to have our carpet installed. So helpful to us in checking availability of the carpet and they were able to come out and measure our house the next day after we decided what we wanted.
Super happy with the carpet quality installation was quick and worked around our schedule Price was way lower than expected Thanks Guys
