They were the installers sent by Home Depot for my door opener install and I cannot say enough about how good the experience went. They contacted me within a few days to schedule the install and had me scheduled for the following week. Installer was on time and had the install done quickly on a very cold day (detached garage with no heat). I would definitely use in the future if I need work done on the second door on the garage.

Not only were Overhead Door of Albany very competitive price wise but they showed up to install when promised. The factory turn around time was the quickest compared to the others and they delivered, important to us getting doors on this new building ASAP. The installation crew did the complete job including framing 3 large doors, extra high clearance tracks, as well as adding a side mounted electric opener for the 8’ ALL in 2 days. The other important reason we went with them was the factory could do 8ft & 10ft doors both with 2’ sections so they looked better next to each other. Two other national brands could only do different size sections, we did not think they would as good as our finished result. I would highly recommend.

I called at 7:30am to advise the spring on my door broke and my cars were stuck inside. The attentive & helpful representative found a tech available on the same day. She quoted me exact prices and some information about the repair. The tech called about 1/2 to an hour before arrival. He was able to get the door opened and the spring was fixed in no time. He then quoted me the exact same pricing per part & labor, no hidden fees. He was quick, professional and gave the best service and tips. Overhead Door installed this door for us around 2012 and we have had no problems until now. I highly recommend
