The OHD Company has been there for us in our time of need! They always seem to get us in quickly and provide great service, and if something's not right they fix it. Very happy with our most recent purchase and installation!

Chris came on time after I scheduled the service and thoroughly examined the broken spring, then shared with me the potential root cause (without proper lubricating). He also confirmed having the proper part and installed the fix less than one hour. Very professional and friendly. This was my second time to have services from Overhead door company and they did a great job!

They were the installers sent by Home Depot for my door opener install and I cannot say enough about how good the experience went. They contacted me within a few days to schedule the install and had me scheduled for the following week. Installer was on time and had the install done quickly on a very cold day (detached garage with no heat). I would definitely use in the future if I need work done on the second door on the garage.
