I recommend you stay away from these guys. They tried to get me to pay over $500 for a simple sensor repair that should have cost less than $50 dollars for parts and 10 minutes for labor.I decided not to do a repair at such prices but was charged $60 for the service call.Again, I recommend you stay away from these guys.
Do not use this company! We had a brand new garage door motor installed and they couldn’t connect it to our cars (including newer model car) for access. They sent out technicians twice and neither could do it. One even acknowledged that the motor was defective and told us he was calling manager to arrange for replacement. Company refused to replace it. Having the ability to open the garage door from car is pretty basic functionality. Will never use them again.
I was disappointed that the new premium garage door opener was not installed properly, and screaming noise came up when the door was opend or closed after one month. I hope the structure of the grage door was not damaged.I appreciate tha a technicial came to my house to fix the issue, and noice was gone. I hope the problem was solved permantely.
Utter waste of time.. when I called, I ask the person if I can & send an image to an email or phone number so they can tell if they do work on such things.Instead the operator told me the technician would the best judge. Spent 3 hrs waiting for them. Their live updates also wasn't correct.Finally the technician came and told they only do full garage door replacements or minor changes like springs etc..They don't even do garage door panel replacements..Could have saved everybody's time with an image..
