These guys installed a motor using old equipment. The rod pulled came out of the wall and they wanted to charge me to repair it. The tech lied to me and said he didn’t do the original installation even though he had just told my wife he did. The office lied to me 4 times about someone calling me back. They gave me 3 different prices to do the repair and the guy finally walked off the job….use someone else!!!
OGD sent their highly skilled tech to come and install our door. He was on tine, personable but professional. He knew what he was doing and ensured we had a beautiful door in under 2hrs. This emergency repair turned out to be what we needed to do to match the updates we were making to the exterior of our home.
