Quick and professional service! I called in when my garage finally failed and the staff was very helpful in explaining what my issue was after I sent some pictures over. They dispatched their technician, Chris, who arrived on time and was very helpful in explaining the exact issues once he was able to assess my system. His work was quick and his results are outstanding. Now my garage door works and is running quieter than ever.
Dionne was able to get a tech out to fix my door same day. Replaced two springs in a little over an hour after arriving. Friendly and courteous through the entire transaction, I couldn't recommend more highly for garage door service and repair. Tech even greased hinges and track with grease as part of the repair call. I called about 6 local garage door businesses to give me a quote to replace my door. Dionne was able to quote me over the phone from pictures, was aware of the lead time to get a door in gray with windows, and could also give me a timeframe to order the same stock white door and have it color matched and painted within 2 days. Although they weren’t the cheapest, she was able to coordinate everything quickly and took the stress out of me having to find a painter, etc. I highly recommend them.
