The online booking was fast and easy. I received a confirmation text and email at the time of booking and a request to confirm the appointment via text the day before.They offer weekend hours, with no price increase, so that was a major draw to going with this company.The technician called prior to coming to the house and he was running early, so was able to start 30 minutes prior to the start time window. He even offered to bring me coffee!Once he was on his way, they send you a picture and info about the technician, which was appreciated!The technician assessed the problem, did an overall check of the garage door and gave us options. I didn't feel pressured to choose one option over the other- he was very clear with the advantages of either.We replaced the spring, some plates and rollers. I am not sure if the price is comparable to other companies (it is hard to find prices online), but I paid a bit less than I anticipated.Would highly recommend!

Service truck arrived in less than 2 hours.Service tech was Great!Products installed were very good.A bit surprised with the 3 page invoice, and18 Page service contract !Also a bit of a sticker shock as the garage door opener price was 4x the retail price.But I was in a bit of a bind and need the work done.Overall great service, but likely will search for better pricing on future needs.
We were in need of an unexpected repair for our garage door/spring. The crew was prompt, professional and very helpful. They did an inspection and laid out and explained all of our options. They offered some additional services we opted out of - not high pressure, but made sure we knew what options we had and suggested things we may not have been aware of otherwise. They were very informative and helpful - and we really appreciate the quick help in getting our garage door operational again!
