The online booking was fast and easy. I received a confirmation text and email at the time of booking and a request to confirm the appointment via text the day before. They offer weekend hours, with no price increase, so that was a major draw to going with this company. The technician called prior to coming to the house and he was running early, so was able to start 30 minutes prior to the start time window. He even offered to bring me coffee! Once he was on his way, they send you a picture and info about the technician, which was appreciated! The technician assessed the problem, did an overall check of the garage door and gave us options. I didn't feel pressured to choose one option over the other- he was very clear with the advantages of either. We replaced the spring, some plates and rollers. I am not sure if the price is comparable to other companies (it is hard to find prices online), but I paid a bit less than I anticipated. Would highly recommend!

Service truck arrived in less than 2 hours. Service tech was Great! Products installed were very good. A bit surprised with the 3 page invoice, and 18 Page service contract ! Also a bit of a sticker shock as the garage door opener price was 4x the retail price. But I was in a bit of a bind and need the work done. Overall great service, but likely will search for better pricing on future needs.

We were in need of an unexpected repair for our garage door/spring. The crew was prompt, professional and very helpful. They did an inspection and laid out and explained all of our options. They offered some additional services we opted out of - not high pressure, but made sure we knew what options we had and suggested things we may not have been aware of otherwise. They were very informative and helpful - and we really appreciate the quick help in getting our garage door operational again!

I used A1 garage door service for a quote for broken springs & a buckled door. I had my quote scheduled in a Sunday, which was great, the communication regarding arrival time was spot on, I literally knew as he was driving down the street! My service technician Cameron is very professional and very knowledgeable and great at what he does!!! My main man Cameron even brought me a coffee!!! Thank you sir!!! We purchased replacement garage doors from A1 garage door service that were installed Monday morning. William Weireke, the installer, Introduced himself and his assistant Dylan and proceeded to explain the steps in time he would need for the install. Throughout the install, encourage any questions or concerns for him to address His professionalism and easy approachable manner made the whole install go smoothly. He stayed late into the evening to complete the install with extra time spent setting up cameras included with a garage door opener. His actions and personality sold me again on the right choice to upgrade our garage. I would recommend A1 Garage Door for repairs replacement.

Tim was great. He explained all of the issues with our garage door very well. He gave us several options for replacement parts etc. Tim couldn't have been more friendly and we really appreciate him taking the time to make sure we knew what he was doing and why.
