I had trouble with my garage door for 3 days and spent countless hours trying to research and fix it on my own. I finally threw in the towel and called Overhead Door Company of the Northland. Within 3 hours the technician, Al, showed up and after a quick inspection, fixed my door while explaining what he was doing. He also took the time to teach me a few things and replaced a cable that a previous repair company overlooked. Im more than happy with the service I received at a reasonable price. Highly recommend!
Last winter a heavy duty ice chopper my fault where I put it away next to door by a cable that caused the door rails to Ben and door go way off track ,well Al wasn't sure it could be repaired and to replace would be $ well over a $1000.00 instead Al's experience and knowledge got repaired and for under $375 so when he showed up today I have to admit I was a bit relieved . To start with it all looked to easy watching Al replace to high tension springs in no time at all , this service tech has his work ethics together and today's repair invoice was $125. 00 less than using a coupon with other companies. Thanks Overhead Door of the Northland for great service. I would highly recommend this company and of course Al .
Spring broke after many faithful years of service, called up the original installer of the door in 2014 - Overhead Door Company of the Northland - to get it fixed up.Was told I could be helped the next day between 12-4, no problem. Was surprised when Al called at 9:30 and said he’d be at my place in a half hour.Al made quick work of the job and was great to work with.I’ll be calling again the next time I have trouble with the door. Thank you!
