We contacted Superior Garage in short notice as our door was jammed and was getting close to dark. The??operator was very helpful, empathetic, and acted with urgency. Our technician, Trynell Anderson was at our place shortly after. He is knowledgeable. He straightened the door and changed replacement parts in a few hours. The door works quietly and smoothly.

Spring broke called superior garage door, the tech Arthur came out within the hour and assessed the issue and i agreed to replace both springs and end plates and cable drums. Arthur was great he has very good people skills and mechanical skill sets, he is a great asset to the company. From the phone call to completion of repair it was a smooth process. Thanks Superior!
