Colin and Albert came out today 2-10 to fix garage door. Albert did an excellent job. He was punctual, efficient, polite, and the work was done at a great price. This was our second time using TCGD for maintenance and spring repair. I highly recommend this company.By the way, they also filled my son’s bike tire a few years ago when they came to do work. It was refreshing to experience such great customer service.
Duncan & Albert were great! They arrived on time and offered recommendations on what would make my garage door work better (I had contacted TCGD because my door was very loud). I called Twin Cities Garage Door to solve a problem with my keypad. Fortunately for me, Albert, a new service technician came to fix my problem. He addressed the problem that another technician failed to identify. I was so grateful. He was kind, honest and recommended a garage door replacement. He was skilled and offered me good price for replacement. He replaced the tracks that were rusted out and a matter of a few hours, the garage door was operating quietly and securely, and air tight from the previous drafts.
