Hayden and Enrique did a phenomenal job on my new garage door. Not only was the work fantastic, they were very nice and informative on the process and maintenance for the door. They had to replace all the wood around the garage door and it looks great! I'm really glad I chose Access!
Had the privilege of working with Conner on the door designs and ordering. He has a solid understanding of the materials, products, and installation procedures and was able to answer all my questions even those that i didnt ask. Of the 6 over head doors I ordered, 5 had some special conditions that required specific ordering details. Whether it was a track that followed a vaulted ceiling or a track/door that had to clear and drain line crossing its path, Conner was able to put together a package that in the end was everything he said it would be and what was needed. The order was to take 4-6 weeks to get the materials. It took every bit of that and little more. The only complaint I have, which I shared with the company, is that once I placed the order absolutely no communication came through. If I wanted to get an update, I had to call in. I did this maybe 4 times during the 4-6 weeks to follow up. This should be on their list to call regularly with progress updates, even if there is nothing new, just to let me know that my value to them didnt end at the sale. Spending that kind of money should come with communication that is above-and -beyond (maybe even a gift card). Once the doors arrived, they were scheduled for install which was estimated to be a two day process. It indeed was but the installation technicians couldn't have been a better team of guys. Hayden and Tim, were just a pleasant to engage with and work with as Conner had been. They were super friendly, enjoyable to be around, and very accommodating of the special situations and conditions of my job. They were respectful of the property, did their work well, and left the job in as good of condition as they found it (they cleaned up after themselves well). I didnt feel like they were rushing to be able to get to the next job. When they were here, my job and doing it properly and well was their priority. If I had questions, Hayden would stop working and give me undivided attention to be sure i was heard and my questions or concerns were addressed. While both were solid workers who definitely knew their stuff on installations, they were both amazing to have around, they worked well together while each brought unique and special tallents to the job site including Tim's vocal segments that accompanied select segments of songs that played on the radio.As for the price, I dont know exactly how their pricing compares with others as I wasnt able to get an apples-to-apples quote from others for a comparable product. I really like the quality of the product, and the fantastic workmanship on the install. The price was not cheap but the product is solid and is what I was looking for. I anticipate that they will last my lifetime and my children's with appropriate care and maintenance. Which reminds me that before leaving, Hayden went over the maintenance that is needed to keep the doors in prime condition and working properly.I would anticipate that any future interactions whether for customer service or service/repair needs will be as delightful as the consultation and installtion processes with Conner, Hayden, and Tim. (Hope i spelled their names correctly...)The consultation, installation, and product were all 5 star. The commumication is what dropped it to 4 stars.
fast, efficient, and a good price. The technician was very professional and addressed the issue and installed a new garage opener system. very happy and will use again for any garage door issues in the future!
Brett arrived promptly and did a great job of getting our garage door working! He fine tuned it and now it works better than it ever has. I highly recommend Access! A very professional company with quality employees.
