I paid over $1000 for them to fix my garage door and I got a ten year warranty and less than 6 months later the door broke again with the same problem and they want me to pay another $400 to fix it. When I explained it was the same problem they blamed me for taking their recommendation.
Inexperienced and poor customer service. Avoid them at all costs!

The technician, Michael, was very courteous and knowledgeable. He explained everything very clearly so I could understand what had happened to my spring and the door opener. Michael actually called his boss to get me a better price on the opener. I am very satisfied with the repairs that were done. Sincerely, Steve Hertsch??

I was in need of a new motor and replacement of bent panels. I received estimates for both and saw that they were slightly cheaper than another place I called. Technician showed up on time and was awesome explaining everything. Once he was done, he walked me through everything and left the place with no trace of trash. I would definitely go with Horizon again in the future. I was surprised with the 5% credit card fee but they offer so many other payment options.
