Precision Garage Door

Just had 3 garage doors installed - they are fantastic. Lots of features and the folks from Precision Door service we very professional. I felt comfortable with all 4 workers. Chris came out and educated us on repair vs installation - was not pressuring us to go either way. Doug, George, and Cody came today for installation. They were prompt, fast, competent, and very pleasant (and fun) to work with. They even left the garage cleaner than they found it! I would highly recommend to anyone.

We recently had all three of our garage doors and garage door openers replaced by Precision Door Service, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Steve Palmer handled our initial consultation. I had already researched the exact style, color, and configuration we wanted, but it turned out the door I found wasn't actually a Clopay model. Instead of trying to sell us something different, Steve spent several weeks researching options, making phone calls, and tracking down the closest match. He stayed with it until we found exactly what we wanted, at a price that fit our budget. His persistence, honesty, and customer service were outstanding. The doors arrived when we were told they would, and scheduling the installation was simple and convenient. On installation day, Derrick and Doublas arrived on time, were friendly and professional, and immediately got to work. Replacing the doors and openers took most of the day, but they worked efficiently, paid close attention to detail, and left everything looking great. The quality of the installation was excellent, and they took the time to answer our questions before they left. From the initial consultation through the final installation, the entire experience was positive. Precision Door Service exceeded our expectations, and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for new garage doors and/or garage door openers. The only reason I give four stars versus five is because unfortunately they were not able to walk us through the remote control setups for the vehicles. They referred us to our manuals. Other than that I would recommend them 100%. Great guys, great installation. No issues. I just believe that the installer should be able to set everything up and walk you through it for 100% satisfaction. No shade, just a disappointment. Perhaps other companies do the same. I don't know. I would still recommend them 100%.
