Very good service. I called on Friday afternoon. A serviceman came out within 2 hours and diagnosed my problem. He returned on Saturday morning to install a new motor.

I contacted the company when my garage door spring broke. They could not confirm they installed the door because they clear their files after five years. The technician came out two days later and said OGD had not done the install because they don't use the cheap spring, poor rail system, and low quality rollers that my door has. He continued to talk about how bad a job the previous company had done with the install. He quoted me right at $1,000 to install a new spring and do all the repairs needed because of the poor workmanship of the company that installed the door. What he seemed to overlook during his inspection is the OGD sticker on the door which means it was his company who installed the door. I politely told him I would just pay the service call fee of $59 and asked him to give me a printed quote or email it to me. He said he had not been trained on how to email the quote from his tablet and his boss gets upset when he doesn't sell at least $150. He went outside to call his boss and came back with a lower quote as if I were buying a used car or something. I had to insist that I was only paying the service call fee so he finally gave in and I was able to pay him and get him to leave. I called the competitor and was quoted around $400 for the install of a new spring.
