He is great. Super personality. Thorough in explaining everything. Timely with his work
Great experience, Armon was great. He explained our options and the installation/service went smoothly.
On time and very professional
My spring broke. My wife talked to 2 others in our neighborhood. They both recommended A1. Did not call as an emergency. (I have a standard 2 car wide door weighing 225 pounds).Workers Jason & Matt are nice. Convincing on buying parts. So I selected the top end Red springs: $1,500.Then they took the pole out & the pulleys on the end. Bearings, etc. Said I needed all new parts. I agreed to all new parts: $1,500.So, if You think a new spring replacement and door hardware is worth $3,000 - then select A1 for your garage door needs. That's all I can say. Seems very high priced to me. But I did agree to the work. But what options do you have when all your door parts are disassembled & lying on the floor? "No, I'm good. I'LL call around!!" Don't think so. Good luck to everyone in need!!
Service guy Jason was on time, very friendly, very knowledgeable about what he would do first to find my issue. Jason kept me informed along the way. Once he found an issue, he discussed this with me before continuing to replace bad parts. Definitely will use this company again as needed. Thank you again Jason?
