Can not express enough how happy we are with the new commercial garage door and opener Eddie installed at our new shop location!! He is prompt, professional and gets down to business. Whether needing new equipment installed, or servicing our existing door like he did at our old shop, they have always gotten us together in a timely manner. Would highly reccomend!
I spoke to Eddie on Tuesday evening about my broken tension spring. He knew exactly what I was talking about and provided me with an estimate over the phone. He scheduled the repair for Wednesday morning. He called me about 20 minutes before he arrived, and again after the work was finished. He also lubricated the rollers and removed the plastic gear guard because it was rubbing against the belt and would have eventually caused it to break. The cost was very fair, and he also gave me a 3 year warranty. Would absolutely call him again for any future issues!
I highly recommend Gem City Garage Door for any garage door repair or replacement. Eddie and Mike are fantastic people and are extremely proficient in their line of work. They are honest, fair, and hard working. My father-in-law and I were able to chat with them the entire time they installed the door and they even took the time to explain what they were doing and why. If I could give 10 stars I would! Gem City Door (Eddie) is awesome! Super quick, very reasonable and knowledgeable! The door was installed quick and it looks amazing, changed the whole look of my house for the better.
