Overall acceptable with one caveat... fitment! I am not happy with the large air and light gaps around the door. For the past fifteen years, since new plus repairs we have had no insurmountable problems with gaps. I am concerned about mice and insect infestation as well as loss of heat or a/c in this climate controlled environment. However, two days later he returned and seeing the extent of the trouble, he worked to find a remedy. Now the door seals to my expectations, and we are happy. Thank you. See the photos of what he corrected. Hopefully, we will not need their services for some time to come.
Jovan was Punctual and professional. He pointed out several patent repair needs and voiced some concerns about latent issues from the age and obsolescence of our 40 year old wooden garage door. We were able to agree on necessary repairs at an affordable price. Work was done quickly and efficiently.

Devon was on time called ahead to say when he'd be here that's when he showed up really appreciate that! Took care of what I needed and explained every step of the way to me and even made some suggestions for future repairs but didn't pressure me to do anything. Would highly recommend!
Nick was great. Knowledgeable, handy, listens well to my issue and created a great solution that will work for our unique situation. Will definitely use him (and Don’s) again.Also just got the 29 point safety inspection report and it was very through and I really appreciate that. I’ve never seen that before.
