Joe was extremely responsive on a weekend and prompt in coming out the next day. He walked me through options and was very transparent about the project. This was his second time out to our residence.
Highly recommend that you all use this company. Joe is the greatest. High quality work and high quality customer service. And everything was priced right too not like most companies out there that try to rip off customers. If I have need anything else I know who I’m calling.
A couple days ago our garage door wouldn’t open. We called Joe at Village Garage Door and explained our problem. He told us how to get the door open so we could use our car to run a few errands. Also, he was booked up for the day but said he could come by later if possible. He came by around 6:30pm and checked out the problem with the door. We had a power outage earlier that day and Joe said it was possible that the outage messed it up and it needed resetting. He also tightened the chain and springs. Joe wouldn’t let us pay him for the repairs. He said it was only a minor adjustment needed. We recommend Joe for a job well done.
Great Service! Great guy!! I called him at 6:30 in the morning and he was at my house at 9:20. He was very informative of my issues with my door. After we had a conversation he was able to fix the spring on my door and replaced the bearings as well. Very affordable! Overall great experience! Definitely recommend!!
Great service! I contacted on Tuesday afternoon to have the spring tension checked. He scheduled the appointment for the next day. 20 minutes before the appointment he called to confirm and give me a ETA and was there as scheduled. He was able to adjust the springs without selling me new springs. He gave advice on the door seal and some maintenance I needed to do to the opener.The price was very reasonable.I found him by searching on Google Maps. I chose this business because he is local and it’s his business. Like a neighbor helping a neighbor.
