In 1993 Overhead Door Company installed two garage doors and one garage door opener. The garage doors have operated flawlessly for 32 years. OvertimeI have changed the garages interior arrangement. I chose to add a garage door opener for the second garage door. I mistakingly phoned Overhead Garage Door. A technician arrived. After receiving an inflated quote I informed the technician that I had previously been quoted a more reasonable amount. With a phone call the quote was lowered considerably. There were other red flags that raised my skepticism. During our conversation I realized that I had made a mistake and not called Overhead Door but instead I had called Overhead Garage Door. The technician was pleasant and said he understood my confusion that they get that often.I phoned Overhead Door. Stephanie was very pleasant and knowledgeable. Together we discussed the type of opener I wanted to work with my existing garage door. In addition, she coordinated replacing a portion of the garage door seal. She provided a detailed quote.The installation was scheduled the following day with Technician Logan. Logan phoned when he was on his way. He arrived promptly. Logan is a very personable and knowledgeable young man. Logan checked the existing doors for balance and proper operation, lubricating where needed. A Legacy 850 was installed and operational within no time. Logan went as far as setting up my vehicle to operate the garage door. The Legacy 850 is smooth as butter and very quite. I'm truly blessed to have met Logan and have him work in my home. He is an exceptional person, technician, father, and young man. It's employees like Logan and Stephanie that will keep Overhead Door profitable with their unmatched customer service in the garage door industry.I highly recommend Overhead Door for your garage door needs... not Overhead Garage Doors.
